                                         Muay Thai:

Known as The Art of 8 Limbs, Muay Thai is one of the most effective and versatile martial arts. It is possibly the most widely practiced striking skill when it comes it comes to MMA. In our Muay Thai program you will learn to use all techniques at a high proficiency in order to control any situation on the feet.

                                 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:

A martial art where the objective is to control your opponent, advance position and eventually find a way to submit with joint locks or chokes. Jiu Jitsu is incredibly effective in MMA, as you can neutralize an opponents reach, or strength using leverage.

                                     Cardio Fitness:

One of the best fitness routines out there. At Tusk, we use fast paced intervals that will help you reach your goal. We intertwine Muay Thai techniques with cardio filled workouts that will increase your cardio and help you with your fitness goals

                                         Wrestling:

At Tusk MMA, we break down the fundamentals of wrestling that focuses on pinning your opponent to the ground and utilizing take downs to achieve control. Great for beginners and MMA competitors.

                                           Karate:

A martial art and self-defense system that targets weak areas on an attacker's body by using the hands, arms, legs, and feet to strike with fast, powerful blows, this is a great art for any beginner or advanced student.
